Before you write
Most answers are already on the site, and they are faster than we are: Shipping covers destinations, couriers and delivery estimates, Returns covers what can go back and how to start a return, and the FAQ covers shipping, returns and how a pouch is used.
What happens next
A person reads every message and replies by email to the address you give. If you need to change an order, tell us as early as you can and quote the order number.
