Reading a specification
Two nicotine figures, and they measure different things
- mg per pouch
- The nicotine in one pouch. This is the figure the guides above call nicotine strength, and it is what you take out of the can.
- mg per gram
- Concentration — nicotine per gram of pouch material. A heavier pouch can carry a higher per-pouch figure at a lower concentration, so the two move independently.
Every nicotine-figure combination in the Pouch Empire catalogue, read from the shop's own product data.

Read the two columns against each other: 10 mg per pouch appears in this catalogue at 13.3 and 20 mg per gram. Same dose in the pouch, different concentration — which is why both numbers are printed wherever both were supplied.
