Shipping information
Free shipping on orders over €100, to 50 countries and territories across Europe. Below that, the delivery charge is shown in your basket and included in the total before you pay.
We ship to destinations across Europe. The checkout lists every country we can deliver to.
Shipping is free on every order of €100 or more, measured on the products after every discount. Below €100 a delivery charge applies; your basket shows it, and how much more you need for free shipping, before you pay, and the total you see is the total you pay. Orders start at €30 of products after discounts; delivery never counts towards that minimum.
Every order is packed after our age check and sent with DPD. The moment your parcel is handed to DPD we email you its tracking link, and the same link is on the Orders page. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, courier handling, local logistics conditions, customs processing and seasonal demand. Whatever the destination, your order is delivered within 30 days of the order date at the latest, as the law requires. Your DPD tracking link shows where the parcel is at every step.
We work to keep order handling efficient and communication clear so customers have a better idea of what to expect from checkout to delivery. If anything about a delivery is unclear, the contact form reaches a person.
Shipping Notice: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, local carrier handling and seasonal demand. Shipping is free on orders of €100 or more after discounts; any charge below that is shown in the basket before you pay. Delivery is within 30 days at the latest.
