Strong nicotine pouches from 21 to 30 mg per pouch

What is in this band

This band covers pouches with more than 20 and up to 30 mg of nicotine per pouch:

• PABLO Exclusive — twenty-two flavours at 30 mg;
• PABLO Ice Cold XXL — mint at 24 mg in a 30-pouch can;
• ZEUS — four flavours at 25 mg;
• NOIS Black line — Extreme, Cool Strong Extreme, Cherry Extreme, Grape Extreme and Mango Extreme at 25 mg;
• Snowman Arctic Kick and Fresh Mint at 30 mg;
• KLINT Alaskan Mint at 21 mg.

That gives a very wide choice of flavour at a strong level — mint, berry, fruit, tropical, citrus, cola and sweet profiles are all here.

Who these pouches suit

These are strong pouches. They are made for experienced adult nicotine users who already use pouches regularly and know how they respond to higher strengths. They are not a starting point, and they are not for occasional or new users.

If your usual pouch is in the 11–20 mg band, the lower end of this band — KLINT Alaskan Mint at 21 mg, PABLO Ice Cold XXL at 24 mg, or ZEUS and NOIS at 25 mg — is a more measured step than going straight to 30 mg.

Choosing within the band

• Lots of flavour choice at one strength: PABLO Exclusive, all at 30 mg.
• A guide to how it feels: ZEUS scores each flavour for sting, sweetness and mint; its fruit flavours score low on sting, its mints high.
• The same flavour at a lower strength: NOIS Cherry Extreme and Grape Extreme have 12.5 mg White-line versions; Snowman's 30 mg mints have 12 and 18 mg versions.
• More pouches per can: PABLO Ice Cold XXL holds 30; most NOIS Black cans hold 27.

Strong, responsibly

At this strength, the signs of too much nicotine — nausea, dizziness, headache, hiccups or a racing heartbeat — are more likely if you are not used to it. If you notice them, take the pouch out. Shorter sessions are a simple way to take less nicotine without changing product. Our article on why strong pouches are in demand covers how to approach them.

Where to go next

Our strongest products — 35 to 43 mg per pouch — are in the over 30 mg band.
