We ship to destinations across Europe — the checkout lists every country we can deliver to. Delivery is free when your products come to €100 or more after discounts; below that, the delivery charge is shown in the basket before you pay.
Yes, on orders where the products come to €100 or more after every discount. Below €100 a delivery charge applies, and the basket shows it — together with how much more you would need for free delivery — before you pay. Orders start at €30 of products after discounts; delivery does not count towards either figure.
Yes, eligible items can be returned if they are unopened, unused, fully sealed and in their original packaging.
Your order is packed after our age check and handed to DPD, and we email you the DPD tracking link the moment it leaves. Delivery times depend on the destination and DPD's handling; every order is delivered within 30 days of the order date at the latest, as the law requires.
Place one pouch under your upper lip, leave it in place while the flavour and nicotine release develops that lasts 15-30 minutes, then remove it and dispose of it responsibly after use.
