Age restriction

You must be of legal age to buy nicotine products where you live to buy from this shop. We do not sell to minors. You confirm your own eligibility when you enter the shop and again when you place the order, and before an order is dispatched a member of our team reviews it and records that check against it. We do not carry out identity or document verification — see our age policy for exactly what each of those three steps does. An order we cannot satisfy ourselves about is cancelled and refunded in full.

Products

Our nicotine pouches contain nicotine, which is addictive. They are intended for adults who already use nicotine. Products labelled nicotine-free contain caffeine instead, stated in milligrams per pouch on the product page, and are sold under the same adults-only terms. None of these products is a medicine or a smoking cessation aid, and we make no health claims about them.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Every price and every stock figure is confirmed by our server when you check out — the price you pay is the price in our database at that moment, not one carried from an old browser tab.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm payment. If a product turns out to be unavailable after you pay, we cancel and refund in full.

Stock

Starting checkout reserves your items for 30 minutes so nobody else can buy the same units while you pay. If you do not complete payment, the reservation is released and the stock returns to sale automatically.

Delivery

Delivery is free on orders of €100 or more after discounts, to every destination listed at checkout; below that, the delivery charge is shown in the basket and included in the total before you pay — see Shipping. We deliver within 30 days of the order date at the latest; if we cannot, you may cancel and we refund in full. Risk passes to you when you, or someone you name other than the carrier, take possession of the goods.

Right of withdrawal and returns

If you are a consumer buying at a distance you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day you, or someone you name other than the carrier, take possession of the goods, without giving a reason. Tell us in a clear statement within that period; the model withdrawal form is on the returns page. We refund every payment we received from you, including the delivery charge if any, within 14 days of your notice, once the goods are back with us or you have shown they were sent. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Nicotine pouches are sealed consumable goods. Under Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU the right of withdrawal does not apply to a can whose seal has been broken after delivery, for health and hygiene reasons. Our commercial policy on Returns says the same thing in plain words: unopened, unused and fully sealed items in their original packaging can be returned; opened items cannot. Contact us before sending anything back. Nothing here limits your statutory rights, including your rights in respect of faulty goods.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia.

Complaints

Tell us first — info@pouchesempire.com reaches a person and every message is recorded. If we cannot settle a dispute between us, you may be able to refer it to an alternative dispute resolution body for consumers in the country where you live; your national consumer authority can tell you which body covers online retail.
