Extra-strong nicotine pouches over 30 mg per pouch

What is in this band

Every pouch here holds more than 30 mg of nicotine per pouch:

• CUBA — nineteen flavours, every one at 43 mg per pouch (66 mg/g);
• K#RWA Collection Max — six flavours at 43 mg per pouch;
• NICCOS X-collection — ten flavours at 50 mg/g, about 35 mg per pouch (a retailer-listed figure we are confirming with our supplier).

Who these pouches suit

These are the strongest pouches we sell, made for experienced adult nicotine users who already use high-strength pouches and know how they respond to them. They are not a starting point and not a step to take casually: 43 mg is more than four times the nicotine of a 10 mg pouch.

If you are moving up from the 21–30 mg band, consider whether you want more strength or simply a different flavour. A new flavour at the same strength is often the better change.

Choosing within the band

Strength barely varies here, so choose by flavour and brand:

• The widest flavour choice: CUBA, with berry, fruit, tropical, mint, cola and a sweet lollipop flavour.
• Matching a lower strength you know: K#RWA Collection Max shares flavour names with the 12 mg K#RWA Collection — Grape Ice, Fizzy Cherry, Triple Mango, Strong Mint, Blueberry Ice — so you can compare the same flavour at two very different strengths. Check the line name carefully when ordering.
• Mint at high strength: CUBA Ice Spearmint, Double Fresh and Cold Dry; K#RWA Collection Max Strong Mint; and four NICCOS X mints.

Reading the cans

The cans in this band print strength in different ways. CUBA's 66 mg/g sounds very different from K#RWA's "43 mg", but per pouch they are the same. NICCOS prints 50 mg/g. Our guide to mg per pouch and mg per gram shows how to compare them.

Use with care

High-strength pouches make the signs of too much nicotine — nausea, dizziness, headache, hiccups, a racing heartbeat — more likely. Take the pouch out if you notice them, and consider shorter sessions. Keep these cans, like all nicotine products, out of reach of children and pets.
